Woodchurch High School were delighted to once again achieve 'Gold' in its recent Investors in people assessment. This was all the more impressive, as the bar for this award has recently been raised, making achieving Gold more robust and rigorous than in previous years.
Investors in People have released the following statement: Woodchurch High School, Church Of England Academy has achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management. Woodchurch High School is a highly successful, larger than average 11-16 comprehensive school, which is fully inclusive.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Gold is one of the highest levels of Investors in People accreditation that can be achieved.
