Over the past four weeks, a group of 9X Spanish pupils have been developing both their language and learning skills with creative homework tasks. For example, they have been busy conducting independent research to produce marketing leaflets to promote their own "Campomar" hotel in Spain, with particularly eye-catching results by Sophie, Lauren and Megan. Additionally, the budding linguists successfully translated tricky parts of a One Direction song, with Lucy and Katie shining through due to their talented singing performances.
And finally, the future of Woodchurch High School is most definitely safe (though perhaps not our jobs) after brave pupils dare to polish their own teaching skills in front of their classmates. In the photo, youngest-ever-trainee teachers Miss McNee and Mr Branscombe explain the subtle yet vital differences between the preterite and imperfect tense. I would like to congratulate this multi-talented group for rising up to my homework challenges... though there are more to come!
