Woodchurch High was once again successfully reassessed under the Investors in People Standard, and achieved ‘Gold’. This puts the school in the top 3% of all IIP accredited institutions across the country. The assessment took place over a four day period and involved over 50 staff members, as well as pupils, who were all interviewed as part of the process. The assessor also scrutinised school documentation and visited classrooms during his tour of the building.

For the assessment, ten key areas are assessed. These are:
