GCSE CATERING

On 14th November year 11 completed the practical element of the 1st of 2 controlled assessments. The pupils had a choice of 2 briefs which were fruit & vegetables or dairy products & had to produce 4 dishes within a set timescale to accompany their research. Some of the dishes shown are chocolate orange & strawberry cheesecake, bakewell tart, homemade tagliatelle & apple & blackberry pie.
