GCSE RS GOES TO CHESTER CATHEDRAL
Year 9 recently visited Chester Cathedral last week. Pupils participated in a workshop session about the use of the Eucharist and its meaning for Christians. This will be very useful information for pupils as they progress through GCSE Religious Studies, pupils also participated during this in a question and answer session. Our pupils also took part in a guided tour of the Cathedral with great sensitivity, interest and respect. It was commented upon how well the behaved during the daily prayers held by the Cathedral. Well done to year 9 for an excellent trip which gave pupils a greater empathy for the issues related to the Christian church.
