Eco Assembly
On Friday 15 July all the Eco-Reps attended an important assembly which was run by Louise and Lucy, the New Year 10 Chairs of the Go4Green committee. Ms Moulton brought 2 hens and explained how they have been rescued from battery farms. She showed the tiny amount of space that they have and the bad state of one of them that arrived recently.
Louise and Lucy then stressed the importance of not dropping any litter and Ms Oldham talked through the targets and progress on the Eco Action Plan that the pupils had devised. Certificates were presented to members of the committee, all the Eco reps were thanked and said they are keen to continue their role next term when we hope to have our Green Flag assessment.
